• Rent collection and maintenance of a house on behalf of a client

• Commercial Colleges in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu
• Intec Correspondence College in South Africa

• Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

Fees
• Ranging from K50, 000 to K300, 000 for Certificate and Diploma
• 800 Pounds for a Diploma course at College of Estate Management, UK
• About 500 Pounds at Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors to get a Charter. For one who has practised for over 10 years can get some exemptions

Entry Requirements
• MSCE with credits in English and Mathematics

Printer

Job Description
• There are different kinds of printers. Some include: Lithographers, Screen Printers,
Letter Press Printers, and Lexicographers.
• Their work involves putting ink on plates, paper, and cloth
• Checking printing work on view booth
• Operating printing machines

• But majority are trained on the job once employed by printing companies like
Montfort Press, Montfort Media, Likuni Press, Assemblies of God Press etc
